I used to like Santos a lot. I always felt he was probably the most talented guy in the PR.

I lost money on him that night.

It would be a trip if Yuri knocked Cotto down though.

Santos didnt really threw any punches that night. I was there and the fan were screaming at him to throw some punches

Santos couldn't catch him and I blame his training and inactivity because Santos was a naturally talented normally very fluid guy with a lot of pop.

The point I was making I guess was, it's not inconceivable the Yuri could hurt Cotto, just like Cotto could hurt Yuri.

it's gonna be a hit n run affair for the majority of the fight. I doubt foreman drops cotto.

santos was old and I think he had a long layoff. he was terrible in that fight.

LOL no way man. Cotto can see Yuri coming. Cotto cant handle pressure and when you fight a guy whos on the back foot, its a stylistic nightmare for Foreman. Cotto does well against boxers and defensive minded fighters alike. Its an offense that Cotto cant match that kills him

Santos was ever faaaaar from Talented. It was his get hit and keep coming attitude that kept him in the 154 mix. Plus an awkward win against margarito shot him up in the ranks
