If Foreman beats Cotto, then that just confirms that Cotto doesn't have it at the top anymore. And Cotto is not a hall of famer as it stands, and even beating Foreman for one title isn't gonna punch his ticket in.

Cotto may not be an ATG but in my opinion he is definetly HOF,Cotto is a great figther and just because he has lost 2 fights doesnt take from his ticket into the HOF.

I've always admired Cotto for who he fought.
