Read again! Wlad will NOT take the test if NOT ORDERED by the local boxing federation either in Germany or Russia or depending where to stage the fights! And he is correct, no matter what the intentions of the proposed added rules if beyond the rules of that cetain boxing federation that sanctioned the fight, why should he take it? Pac is right too, unless the rules proposed by Floyd is incorporated and ordered by the NSAC, why Pac take the additional test? As per the Klits manager Bernd Boente, Emmanuel Ward and Vitali himself called, the additional WADA test is Ridiculous!!!, and that 's right, plain and simple!
