        Pacquiao has good head movement. Also Timothy Bradley, he is good at slipping punches. Katsidis had a lot of head movement against Mitchell

          I think Carl Froch has underrated head movement, maybe not the best in the sport and it's pretty awkward and can look clumsy but it's good.

          Rigondeaux is very good with moving his head too, very small movements but enough to make his opponents miss and make them pay.

                id say pac's defense has holes, but his head movement was spot on you know? he moved that ****er a ****load. as far as head distance traveled over feet distance traveled - pac used to be up there. but as someone said, he doesn't move it as much as he used to, i do think he does it in a more effective manner now though.

                what about james toney? hes washed up and completely done, but hes still hard to catch.

                    back when he was a middleweight james didn't move is head as much, it was only till he moved up to LHW though HW that he started to think more and fight slicker.yeah he's a tough mother****er to hit. but he's a mma fighter lol
