i think pac head movement isn't all that good imo, he more prone to block then slip. then again you said pre-lightweight but i didn't think it was good then loli've always thought pacquiaos head movement was great, especially the way he punches out of it, and how he keeps it going the entire fight. i think his earlier fights (pre lightweight) showcase it a bit more.
andre ward also has pretty great head movement, he rarely gets hit clean.Comment

Pacquiao has good head movement. Also Timothy Bradley, he is good at slipping punches. Katsidis had a lot of head movement against MitchellComment

I think Carl Froch has underrated head movement, maybe not the best in the sport and it's pretty awkward and can look clumsy but it's good.
Rigondeaux is very good with moving his head too, very small movements but enough to make his opponents miss and make them pay.Comment

joan guzman in his prime was a beast, its a shame that talent was wasted. cause he can mange his weight.Comment

id say pac's defense has holes, but his head movement was spot on you know? he moved that ****er a ****load. as far as head distance traveled over feet distance traveled - pac used to be up there. but as someone said, he doesn't move it as much as he used to, i do think he does it in a more effective manner now though.
what about james toney? hes washed up and completely done, but hes still hard to catch.Comment
