It appears to be this way. From the start, the enviroment was better for actually getting the fight done the second time was better then what it was the first time.

Dan Rafael may not be well liked here, but he is a passionate dude. I think if he heard negotiations were going sour, we'd have read a blog or ten about it. Not this casual response, like he is saving something to surprise us with.

2) Freddie Roach has already come up with the Game-plan. IF you read the press clippings from this site and others, Roach is talking to the press like he is already trying to hype the fight up.

And he is now starting to make a gameplan for Mayweather, despite the fact that they were in serious negotiations about 6 months ago and he didn't do it then.3) When Pacquiaos friends started talking about negotiations, Arum was fuming mad. Probably cause he didn't want them spoiling something so close to being completed.

If the Negotiations were almost dead, You'd think that Arum would care less what people were saying.

1. Dan Rafael didn't say anything because he doesn't know a damn thing. He gets all of his information from BoxingScene and other websites. Since they have not given any information, he has no clue what is going on. He just didn't want to say, 'I have no ****ing clue'.

2. Freddie Roach claimed to have a game plan completed to beat Mayweather while they were training for the Clottey fight. You should know better than believe anything coming from Freddie Roach.

3. Arum told Pac's friends to STFU because they don't have a clue what is going on and have no business making comments to the press when they have no clue what they are talking about. They do not have permission to speak on his behalf and will only hurt the chances of the fight being made by running their mouths.

I agree with you that the fight will be made, but I wouldn't based that opinion on these examples.

Any other Clues?

IMO, i think we are 3 weeks or less away from some kind of major announcement. Thoughts?

Its true in a way though, if you don't here much about negoatitions it tends to mean there doing well, the only time you really here much about negotiations is when they aren't going so well.

I mean I am not gonna get my hopes up cause anything could happen, but I do think that the less we hear about the negotiations the closer the fight is to being signed.
