He definitely is a HOFer already. Absolutely very good resume, he's fought EVERYBODY, except Floyd but Floyd had to many excuses which were ******ed. Like "No fan base". That bull****. Even though it was smarter to make more off KOing Hatton but I think it would have meant more to Floyd's legacy if he gave a prime Cotto his first L instead of Hatton. But not fighting Mayweather shouldn't be counted against Cotto,

I think he takes Foreman out. I definitely think he takes Cintron out Margacheato style. Paul Williams would be an fn war but I think Cotto definitely has a good chance. I think after he beats Foreman, he should fight Williams or Maracheato. I think beating Margacheato and then fighting Martinez would be the greatest way to end his career and if he wins all these fights I actually think he should atleast be considered for ATG status. Dudes an fn warrior who fights everybody so he has the mentality of an ATG, he just needs to complete the resume!

I think he gives Pacman a tougher fight at 154, none of that weight draining *****. Plus he has a Manny in his corner who would help him put up a better fight.
