Anyways , If these 2 great young fighters fought today i will obviously root fr my countryman , but if he was to lose , I cant be mad , he lost to a good fighter. But he has a big big chance and for that fight and he is as live as Gamboa.

Gamboa is only known by hardcore boxing fands , cubans and 1 or other casual fan. Same for Lopez , I think Gamboa is more known than Lopez.

They are two promising green elite fighters. Both entering prime and star status, both have faced adversity and have grown from it , both need to grow more.

Caballero is a 2 belt holder yes. His claims are that he has defended those titles in rival territory , but **** , u can defend those titles in hell , it wont mean **** until the opponent really has a chance to beat them.

truth and the matter is caballero was the one that turned down a carrer high pay twice!!!!!! if he was such a bad man he could've fought, when was the last time caba's broke a$$ made 250k? you can make all the excuses you want the man could've signed the contrat if he is so "Avoided" as everyone claims

he says he will fight juanma in his own hood for free then they send him a contract for 150k or whatever that was and he turns it down!!!

well i don't want to start a cuban-boricua war, just bringing up a point which i think is important. i agree with some of what low blow said (that caba can't beat juanma or gamboa). however, i remember a video of caba denying that juanma's team ever offered him 150k... maybe he was lying, but then i wouldnt understand his intentions. maybe he was saying the truth, in that case it would be a blatant duck from juanma's camp, and this is what most people think that really happened.

now, to be fair to juanma, caballero's own people recently claimed that gamboa offered them 250k.. they said that like if it was little money. the fact that he's turning down a fight with gamboa for 250k (they said it, not gamboa) is maybe a sign that he really did turn down the 150k from juanma a few months back. i agree, 150k was a low ass paycheck and that was kinda ****** from juanma's team, but then again, caballero was claiming out loud that he was willing to fight for free.. in this latter scenario, caballero would be the b*tch for not taking the opportunities given to him. right now it's even worse because gamboa is ***in offering him a quarter million, an hbo main event and a ***in title shot.. what else does he wants? with juanma it was a bit different because he was in fact the unified champ but now he's nothing, he should've accepted whatever they offered him, now he will look bad whatever happens.
