i do think its strange that both pacquiao's power and speed went up because when mayweather went up to 147 and 154 he didn't take his power with him and even though he is still fast he is not as fast as he was at 140 and 135 and mayweather moved up gradually over years pacquiao did it in a year i don't think it's ignorant to think PEDS were involved and add on the fact he won't submit to RANDOM blood and drug tests with no cut off date makes you wonder also this is the same person who got knocked out twice at 112pounds and had a 50% ko ratio at 130pounds and now at 135-147 has a 80% ko ratio

I think Floyd took steroids and thats why he has no balls. How easily it is to pay off blood-testing employees to say you're clean. But there's also a good chance Floyd was born Ball-less.
