IMm not a lawyer but the question about why Tim Smith was not sued is a good question.

Every newspaper article and tv news story comes from a source. From what ive seen in the past if a news outlet prints something about someone that is not true they usually gets sued along with the source if they gave it up and they usually have to print some kind of retraction. Well the Daily News nor Tim smith has been sued and no retraction has been printed.

Who has more money? Floyd or the NY Daily News? If you know you are right wouldnt you sue both and if not both definitely the daily news. Wouldnt you ask for some kind of retraction for throwing dirt on my name. I would but they havent. Now that doesnt mean the emails exist but people should question that.
