      • would rather watch my own firing squad than that, and pacquiao hasn't won 7 titles in 7 divisions, he has on 5 major titles 7 if you count minnow belts which you wouldn't for any other fighter

        • At 154 I would not have any problems with Cotto-Pacquiao 2 being made. But I would prefer for Cotto to fight Floyd and **** Arums in house plans!!!

Yeah that would be interesting, Mayweather would be favored, but you can never count Cotto out. Cotto has only been beaten by aggressive fighters, one of which may have had plaster in his handwraps (Margarito), the other used footwork, speed and an abundance of punches to beat Cotto (Pac), I don't see Mayweather standing toe-to-toe with Cotto, but I can see Floyd winning a decision by out pointing. I'd like to hear Cotto demand that fight - Mayweather doesn't have many options, unless I'm forgetting somebody, but other than Pac, Berto, PWill at 154 or higher, or Martinez at 154 or higher (very small possibility) or maybe the undisputed winner from the 140 divison, who else is Mayweather going to face that the public won't cry "cherry-picking!" We'll see how Cotto looks against Foreman (I already made a prediction in the previous post)

Also, Bob Arum hasn't given us that many 'bad' bouts compared to every other money hungry promoter, there were some but don't forget GB either, I think all this anger and angst is coming from Mayweather vs Pac not happening - remember there are big ****ing egos involved - the blame goes at every promotional company in my opinion.

                • you are setting cotto up for suicide. did you see what pacquiao did to cotto? mayweathers punches will be coming faster, harder, and more accurate. not all those little biddy punches that manny the duck quacquiao throws. mayweather will possibly end cottos life.

I disagree. Although Floyd is stronger, he doesn't throw flush shots like Pac. Floyd is a BOXER and Pac is a BRAWLER. The more he throws and connects the softer the spot gets. Thats how Pac wins his fights. Mayweather paces himself throughout the fight, with his defense helping him, not to mention his counter abilities with lightning speed. With that said, I dont believe Mayweather will do the same thing that Pac did to Cotto, not even close.

so why does mayweather toss so many roadblocks in the way? why not just fight? I hope you understand the statement "all roads lead to FM" is merely a way out of calling somebody out, which Mayweather has every right to do or rather not do.
