Whoever picks either now is ******ed. Khan's career is not set in stone, he's only 23 and unless you can tell the future then I can't see how you can actually pick Hamed over Khan atm. Let's wait to see after Khan is retired or what he ends up doing.

          Khan won't surpass Hamed.

Khan is fundamentally sounder in a lot of ways and has great attributes, but I see him ultimately falling too short in intangible areas to ever go that far.

Hamed blazed a trail, was thrillingly effective even as he defied almost all convention, and possessed X factors that Khan doesn't.

          Because they're both Asian, LMAO.

I agree, it's ******. They fight nothing alike and Khan doesn't even belong in the same sentence as Hamed at this point.

We will actually remember the fighters he beat to win belts not just nobodys with no fanbases .
Huge names with huge fanbases like Andriy Kotelnik, you mean?

Naz' string of wins over titlists, former titlists and contenders is solid, underrated in some quarters. Even in defeat to Barrera, it was less the statistical outcome of the fight and more his dreadful attitude and preparation for it which disgraced him.

Khan's claim to fame so far is a tiny, war-torn, blown-up Barrera who couldn't see out of one eye for almost the entire duration of the fight. And three guys all carefully selected for their distinct lack of threat.

Khan has a ways to go before his name even deserves to be in a sentence with Hamed's.

Khan's career isn't over yet, we will have to wait and see if his chin holds up against the best at 140.

well, kinda soon to ask that, but khans chin has been put on check it didnt last long. ill go wit hamed. i admit the kid had talent, and had a good chin, gettin punched in the face for 12 rounds against barrera alone is better than khans resume so far.

And I still don't think we can tell at this point. Hamed's retired and made his mark, Khan hasn't. It's just too early to tell.
