and Harris being KO'd, does Hatton/Cotto seem more likely?

Lets do it...assuming Maussa beats Viviana in the rematch -
i don't want to sound protective of cotto but would like to see him get in line behind mayweather. bigger money fight for mayweather/hatton. more chance of it being here in u.s.and pbf would have much more chance of beating hatton.Originally posted by TyrantT316Lets do it...assuming Maussa beats Viviana in the rematch
it would be the first fight that i would be rooting for mayweather. and then if hatton gets lucky and shuts mayweathers mouth up i'd still be partially content.Comment

Here's the problem with your initial analysis. Harris will get a re-match and win it. That removes Maussa, and good riddance. Next it is more likely Mayweather fights Hatton being that Floyd will want to be the first man to hand Hatton a beating after the Tszyu win and since "Pretty Boy Floyd" has pretty much already called Hatton out. Really this all screws Cotto's developement as the guy TKO'd Maussa but I still have no idea where he fits-in in this division based on his age and the fact that if Cotto was my fighter I'd keep him the hell away from Mayweather for at least a couple more years. Hopefully Cotto takes Harris' title but that brings us to Tszyu who if he decides to fight at 140 will want a shot at one of these titles but probably not the WBO. It all doesn't matter though 'cause no one in the near future beats Floyd at 140 lbs anyway, so in reality it's only a matter of time before Floyd poses in a pictured absolutely covered in belts again.Comment
