cotto threw the fight for a big paycheck,I mean there is no way that this nobody would beat someone like cotto, common now most of you didn't hear about this kid till a few months ago. Arum probably made a good deal with cotto to let this kid win so he could expand his career.

Honestly I'm not gonna rip you, but why in the hell would Cotto do that? This is a big fight for him because if he wins it opens the door to a unification bout with the Angulo-dzinzurik winner, and other big fights....possible a Mayweather or even Pacquaio rematch (depending how good he looks with steward).

If he loses then he will have even more questions concerning his career. Cotto has too much pride to just sell himself out for a check like that. I honestly can't believe you just posted that, and its sad because I truly think you believe that is what is going on.....smh

c'mon dude, cotto never loses in NYC. NEVER!!!

that said, yuri is a bigger dude and beat santos who is huge. a smaller man (cotto) chasing down a bigger man (yuri) is a recipe for disaster. I wouldn't be surprised if cotto actually loses but is given the decision because of the judges and ref.

Cotto isn't going to throw the fight. Why does the only possibility lately of someone losing have to be that they they were paid to lose??

Cotto will win this easily IMO. I think people are overrating Foreman. He's no more then a paper champ with paper fists.

I hope you're right because I really can't see cotto losing this fight to a fighter like foreman, cotto went 12 rounds with the p4p few months ago and who knows what would of happen if cotto had plan B and C against pacquiao and not to mention he's got steward in his corner now. Like i said if he loses this fight somethings up.

Anything is possible but unless Cotto has nothing left and is completely shot he should be able to come out with the victory. Light hitters that run around the ring have never bothered Cotto. Cotto likes to fight at his own pace and do the stalking and if you allow him to remain in his comfort zone he will likely beat fight out of you systematically.

Cotto is most vulnerable when he is pressured by aggressive fighters as Margarito & Pacquiao have shown. Every fighter that has had success against him has took the fight to him without exception.
