How come Margarito never went to jail for practicing ilegal boxing in the USA.

The Commissions attitude towards someone defying their authority and fighting out of the country is generally that the person will never get licensed to fight in the U.S. again, meaning Margarito will always have to fight somewhere else.

Yes, it could have turned into a criminal case should the LA district attorney chose to prosecute but they didn't for some unknown reason.

and rightly so, hopefully this will remain the case. What he did was a disgrace and I also tend to agree with the OP that if there was any justice Margs would have done a bit of bird.

Roids might help increase endurence, and maybe muscle mass, but they dont make you have bricks in your gloves.

Plaster is a lot worse then roids, even suggesting other wise is idiotic!
