naw man...i don't believe that ****...clottey was scared in that fight...he was perfectly fine at the end of it...dude took little to no punishment based on his high guard defense...he did not do what he was supposed to do which was box...he covered up for long periods of time and didn't utilize pac's breaks...pac left himself open unintentionally...but after a while...he left himself open intentionally to try and draw clottey...dude didn't use any of his attributes...manny does not have one punch knockout power...clottey does not have a china chin...he is and will forever be a ***** because he chose not to throw with a guy he could have had a much closer fight with because he didn't have the heart to do so...and i'm not talking about ****ing or going blow for blow...but just using simple boxing techniques that i've seen clottey use for years...mother****er didn't even jab...

It,s cool that these stars follow boxing and other sports but, it just goes to show you how informed these stars know the sport that they talk about... If red had any knowledge of boxing he should,ve said that pac would,ve wacked clottey out of there if he would,ve thought about opening up on pac... And just looking at pacs face after the fight, so he got hit... We all know that clottey ribs and stomach area was beat to sht and that clottey felt that sht for a month...

I like how Red made it clear that EVERYBODY had to fight Floyd to get some REAL money...except for Manny ....he touched on some **** I was thinkin' about for a while now....about how Manny came from NOTHING and now he's able to drive his OWN Benz and so forth....that was some Real talk!!....I think peeps forget what type of odds Manny Pac had to overcome....dudes like Shane, Floyd and Roy were born to scrap under the lights....they were groomed since birth to be boxers....Manny wasn't....he learned his craft on the job now he's gettin' major dollars because he's considered by MANY to be the BEST at his craft......man this dude's story is so ****in inspirational that its a shame.....mad props to Manny!!

but I agree with Red as far as the Floyd fight goes.....but anything can happen and it usually does!!

          2. it was funny but if floyd was actually knew boxing history he could of easily owned him. ra the rugged man doesn't even make the top 500.....he has no hits or classics in his catalog. he's a hip hop journeyman.
Some of the best artists in history though weren't hit makers. Bob Marley never had a #1 hit, but I'm sure anyone in their right mind would balk at calling Bob a failure or a journeyman.

RA was off on a couple of things when he was going at Mayweather (particularly when mentioning Mosley lost in '99 when Floyd said he wanted to fight Mosley in '99). But overall, it's no secret that RA's been a big Boxing fan for quite a long time. Even with the Boxing fans today, I don't know a lot of people who would mention Archie Moore and not have a sufficient knowledge of the sport.

Too true, he doesn't get global recognition for that. I've only been hearing about Manny for a year now so I don't really know him. I know Floyd cos I grew up with him, so I like him better.

Its the same for the Pacfans now. I don't like hearing this news about Pac's retirement so soon after I've been following him as it makes me envy those who have watched him blossom.

Getting back to Money, one thing this vid illustrates is the calibre of pull the man has. Redman is no ordinary celeb fight fan, he's one of the knowledgable ones. Probably on the level of the best on this board or higher. Money or Manny would be pulling in all Redman's crew but Money is gonna pull in hte likes of Tobey Maguire and Leo DiCaprio who only turn out to see big hype jobs like this.

Redman is cool. But Clottey's style doesn't compliment Pacquiao's. It's the same reason Margarito beat Clottey, but look at Margarito's face at the end of the fight. Like Pacquiao he was marked up and swollen, while Clottey looked untouched.
