As if this would be shocking? Didn't Mayweather say this from the VERY beginning after the fight fell through?

Didn't EVERYONE expect him to ask for more if he pulled more numbers and looked better at doing it than Pac?

Also from going with the Pac Cotto PPV logic that would STILL have Mayweather selling more by over a quarter of million buys which is STILL higher. So again, how is all of this surprising?

They're negotiating through the media because they aren't negotiating with anyone else. There are NO negotiations taking place at the moment. None.

How do you think that is going for them? IMO, they look silly everyday issuing statements though, for real.

I gave and will give Mayweather more credit for beating Mosley than Pac. I would rather see someone threatening like PWILL or Martinez fight Floyd. They're bigger and have very good a chance to win. Pac is too small and I would bet that Floyd would be favored to win. Followed by Mayweather is ducking Pwill or Martinez. How Ironic would that be huh?

while i think floyd would beat pac, i dont think he will have as easy a time as he had with mosely. i think pac will be much more competitive than shane or jmm. pac's more skilled than moes, faster and a southpaw.

This isn't EXCLUSIVE news. Floyd said he wanted more than 50/50 all the way back in February. What we have is ONE TEAM (the ones that said they would NOT use the media to negotiate) talking to the media about everything that should be handled between the two teams. Calm down.

Which isn't relevent to the fact that Floyd is coming up with some other nonsense that will just end up torpedoing the fight again.

50/50 just guerentees that both fighters will both make a the biggest purse in their entire careers so there is no need for anyone to be greedy here.
