pac never negotiated for a smaller ring size. arum denied this rumor. they're using the standard ring size for this fight.

10mil is add'l penalty, it's not changing the rules. maybe a ridiculous amount but floyd doesnt have to do anything EXTRA, no EXTRA tests, he just have to make the weight. the $10K regular penalty by the NSAC is chump change for these two boxers.

If you didnt know it is standard rules for a fight in vegas. All fights that are welterweight and above use 10oz gloves.
