I've been watching this circus since it started, and I keep seeing guys repeating the same missinformation.
"Why is Floyd changing the rules" "
"We go by commish rules only" And so on, you get the point.

First, I'm not doing this thread to argue or bash, id just like to inform you guys of some real shyt.

1. NSAC has rules in place for glove size (10oz)
2. NSAC has a fine in place for fighters comming in over.
3. NSAC has rujles in place for the size of the ring.
4. NSAC has a rules in place for testing. (Urine day before and right after fight)

These are all set rules by NSAC, and these rules are just a template.

1. Manny wants 8oz gloves (changiing the rules?)
2. Manny wants 10mil per (changing the rules?)
3. Manny wants a smaller ring (changing the rules?)

Floyd agreed to these things, did he not?

1. Floyd wants OSDT.

This is not changing the rules, its going by the rules. It clearly states that "A fight may ask for additional testing, if both parties agree".

Don't take this personal, its just the truth. When we start to know the rules we can understand a lil better.

Floyd ALWAYS fights in 8oz gloves. When he fought judah at welterweight, they were definetely wearing 8ozs

Floyd was complaining when he fought ODLH that he was FORCED to use 10oz gloves, and used the 10oz gloves as an excuse for not KO'ing ODLH

let's say you're Paulie Malignaggi and you've agreed to sex guys at a truck stop.

but all of a sudden, Floyd shows up and asks him for oral. now if both agree, obviously, no problem.

Negotiations go like this.

Floyd is willing to go with what the rules say
10oz gloves, ring size, fine for comming in over.

Manny wants to adjust the rules, so he demands, 8oz gloves, smaller ring, 10mil per.

Floyd says ok, I will let you have your adjustments. I have one of my own, OSDT.

Smart negotiator, he let Manny have what they both wanted anyway and used it as leverage for his own demands.
