You really did just tune in to the sport. Because, you would of known that Pac was a lineal champion in one of the original 8 weight-class back in the the late 90's, he won his first lineal champion and that is the real title and also the WBC title when he was a teenager.

How is HGH test done?
More than one blood sample must be taken on different days, due to rapid changing levels of growth hormone. According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao's representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty, and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn't be ruined in the public eye.
