Corruption goes on everywhere.
Guys like Dave Parris, Mick Vann, and Terry O'Connor aren't exactly impartial in Britain. Some people seem to want to pin corruption down to just German promoters, which is wrong. American, British, Italian and French promoters aren't exactly much better.
Maybe it does happen more in Germany, I don't know. It would be hard to accurately measure this sort of thing.
One thing is for sure though, it happens everywhere.
