Might already have been mentioned, but didn't Nigel Benn get knocked out on a jab by Michael Watson IIRC? He'd absorbed a lot of punishment before that, though.

Jermain Taylor knocked out Rogelio Martinez with a jab. I believe it was on the undercard of Jones-Tarver I.

It was the first time I'd ever seen the jab used as a power punch. The announcers were pretty giddy about it as well.

Taylor had so much talent.

He had a real nasty jab when he used it. I've seen him stop Hopkins and Froch dead in their tracks with it.
