Marquez still has enough left to pull an upset over Lopez just like Morales did against Pac.

Rafael Marquez just went through some wars vs Vasquez. I don't think he has it in him anymore.

Lopez will win but it won't be as easy as some people here think.

The Marquez stance and style will prove again how great it is for southpaws.

If Rafa were fresher I'd pick him without a 2nd thought, but now I'm not that sure. Even though Lopez would be the favorite, I'd still bet on Rafa.

it's a hard one imo. lopez would be rafael's Pacquiao, but a slower pacquiao.

if Lopez had more speed, i'd pick lopez.

as for Lopez going through hell against Rogers Mtagwa, note that it was his last fight at 122lbs. it's possible he was weight drained. can anyone confirm this?

if not, then i can see rafael's right hands hurting the southpaw Lopez, more than Mtagwa did.

Marquez by brutal knockout. There's only been 4 people that went the distance with him in 39 fights. People under estimate his boxing skills. I think he still has enough left to defeat Lopez.

I lean towards Lopez. The Vazquez win was a good one for Marquez but long layoffs the accumilated wear and tear on Vazquez's body and facial tissue was a factor. I probably think the younger fresher Lopez will overcame the experiance difference.
