I don't think Freddie would help him much. Rigo doesn't fit into Freddie's scheme of doing things. Sure, he doesn't coach every fighter the same but all of them share a common theme, offensive oriented.
Is Rigo offensive oriented?
Now look at Roger. What does he specialize with? Wouldn't Rigo fit more into Roger's scheme than Freddie's scheme?
Being with Roger won't catapult him to overhype as fast as he would with Freddie but never the less. He will get there as long as he is dedicated.
Interesting. Something to think about for The Jackal.
But so far the more solid thing to do for Rigondeaux I think would be sticking with a trainer for a long-term period, I mean he can be a future P4P and all of these are derailing time.
