Nobody promotes African American boxers better than Don King

Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions aren't very good in promoting African American boxers. Say what you want about Don King. He does do a far, far better job in promoting African American boxers. How come?

Don King is a great promoter no doubt about that, its the ripping off of his fighters that most people have a problem with.

Honestly the best promotional company today for young African American fighters is Prize Fight Boxing.

They built the careers of the Peterson Brothers, Shawn Porter, Rayonta Whitfield, etc....

They currently have hot prospects Dominic Wade and Donta Woods in the wings and also have Dominican Fernando Guerrero and Bahamian Taureano Johnson.

Oh yeah, they just signed Eric Hunter as well. It looks like all they work with are African American fighters almost.

I meant packed venues. Just look at the Alexander-Urango fight. There were more people there then there were at Williams-Cintron.

Nobody knows about the Peterson brothers lol. Shawn Porter is only known because he sparred with Pacman.

Don King is a crook, plain and simple.

Match his fighters man to man dollar to dollar with GBP fighters and the Goldenboys will earn more. He has a bad reputation.

Look how big Tyson was and he has to go making documentaries to pay off debts?

There are a few divorces in that case but he was massive and what does Don King do for him now?
