I don't think the opponent's record is a joke, I just think his quality of fighting is pretty weak. This fight was basically a mirror image of what happened when Briggs fought Marcus McGee in NYC in December. Guy takes first round body shot, goes down and doesn't get up.

Briggs is still good enough to knock out lesser opponents in a verry short time.
But after 2-3 rounds he gets tired and boring. And he might be the most juiced up Boxer in boxing right now! I mean look at him he looks like a roid addict!!

Why is a big HW like Briggs fighting shot cruiserweights who have been getting KOed a lot, like Alexander and Calloway?

He should be fighting HW bums instead.

Yeah, those first three would probably beat him. He is still dangerous though. I doubt he can get into decent fighting shape.
