I don't think it's an attack on boxingscene.

If what he says is true, then boxing writers/analysts like The Ring's Eric Raskin, ESB's Paul Strauss, boxingscene's David Griesman, HBO's Max Kellerman and ESPN's Teddy Atlas would always be unfairly negative about the Klitschkos, and discredit them by repeatedly saying the heavyweight division has little talent and the K bros are boring.

Have they been doing that?

Heavyweight Jabbers have always been boring and this has been the case ever since Larry Holmes was champion.

Larry Holmes was American, and when he was 48-0 beating up on geezers and nobodies, like Wlad/Vitali are doing now, he was generally panned by the media and everyone else.

I think sister fans are reaching by accusing these upstanding journalists of being unfair. The division is just not very good.
