Its bull****. You get big fights by fighting big names, not by fighting obscure ones in the same division. Mayweather and Pacquiao don't care if you had one or 2 fights in the same division with some no names. What lures big names are other names.

If Bradley wants to be considered for a big name, then he has to create his and fighting Abregu isn't going to do that.

That's the key. He wants the big money fights. Alexander is a big fight but its not the money or starlight that he's looking for. He wants a big fight and this is a test to see if he can be as powerful and effective at Welterweight as he is at Junior Welterweight. Abregu isnt a big name but he is a good test

Devon is an HBO fighter now.Other then that he was on showtime just like Devon was.Oh and Devon is only one fight removed from fighting on Showtime as well.So they are about on the same level granted that Abregu will be fighting on HBO his next fight.
