Roach has said that Amir did well in that sparring. But I don't think the Pacman was too serious against Amir (as seen from that video), they were trying to give Amir some confidence because he was coming off the loss to Prescott.

This is just a case of Amir being defiant on twitter because some people were probably hating on him. But Amir is a skilled boxer for sure. Hopefully we get to see him spar the Pacman again so we can see the improvement.

If Khan had a great chin/stamina he would beat almost any fighter in the world.

His workrate is great anyway, and he has great handspeed, footspeed, punch accuracy, great jab and reflexes, uses combinations, is a counter puncher with good timing.
