Conte is not saying things right,he's desperate to be part of the drug testing process that's why he has been talking down the whole thing.He twisted Powell's problem,Powell was being tested everyday and sometimes twice and they would take huge amounts of blood just before a race.I watched one of his interviews when he talked about it.USADA wont take that much blood,they wont test you everyday but will just be random.Below is what Powell said,this doent resemble Pacquiao's case in any way.

“I accept how important it is but they’re really down on my case. I dont see any good light in Manny.I still have questions,he claimed he wanted 24 hrs,then 3 days,then 5 days then 14 days then 24 days then 30 days after that he claimed he was compromising to 24 days.

I mean we are not kids,first reason given was the guy had needle phobias,he was asked what of all the tatoos then he claims it's the strenghth problem now.He claimed Floyd was bigger than him so any blood taken away from pacquiao would weaken Pacquiao not Mayweather (Is that rational)

How does Conte know that Mayweather/Mosley had an agreement for no testing 18 days prior to the fight? By what Bob Arum said a few days ago?

the article above is from boxinnews24. the floyd fan used it as his bible as to why Manny needs to be tested within days of the fight. The quotes are from Victor Conte.

When the first part of this interview was out, it obviously pissed off floyd fans and like this douchebag here, he said the quotes were fabricated. haha

If Manny is refusing tests due to psychological effects, (afraid) then the same case can be made for Floyd asking for additional testing. It gives him peace of mind that his opponent is clean, whether he is or not. And why is everyone talking about this 14 day cut off? Floyd attempted to compromise with a 14 day cut off to make the fight happen because Pacquiao refused his original proposal. This still don't explain why Pacquiao ducked the fight when he could pass the testing.

what you did was just made assumptions that Conte has "hidden agenda" for saying the things he said, mainly because it was in favor of PAC.

You dont expect any sensible person to destroy his own interests.The guy manufactures Perfomance enhancing supplements and he makes more from athletes.This is what he has done in the past and is still doing.How can he not have an agenda.

I showed you the article he tried to twist around.Powell's case and Manny's case are totally different.Powell was tested so many times,Manny hasnt been subjected to that neither is he being subjected to such.
