NSAC: No Agreement On Cut Off Date

The article of Kevin Iole seems to report that there was an agreement of final blood test of the Mayweather-Mosley fight. It seems to imply that on the beginning paragraph.

I emailed NSAC last saturday regarding the story of yahoo and the one also by our beloved Ronnie Nutahanilez. Got an email from Keith Kizer saying USADA has told him that there was no agreed cut off date. Kizer said also that NSAC was not a party to the agreement among USADA, Mayweather, and Mosley.

I emailed USADA also but no response yet.

Dude just calm down Pac's shipment will arrive on schedule. Border patrol will only be a temporary delay.

It will go thru Customs in LAX, not BP. Lot of Pac's own work there.

The custom inspectors, not baggage handlers.

The yahoo article does not imply this. You're just an idiot. For the record, Tygrant on theboxingtruth radio show said there was no cutoff either.

                Serious question:

If Pacquiao's samples are tested in the Philippines, is there ANY WAY that they would ever be reported as positive?
I mean, there could be little chunks of solid steroids clogging up the machine, would the pinoy technician ever report Pac as positive?

So both have said there are no cut-off date, is that enough for you?

Kizer said NSAC was not of the party(PBF, Shane, USADA). He said that USADA claimed to NSAC was there was no cut off day agreement. Kizer's word(email reply) is good enough for me.

You can bash me for me being wrong/making a mistake but at least to find out if there is one or not, i emailed more reliable sources. I email NSAC, USADA, and Kevin Iole. Only NSAC(Kizer) responded.
