        a few things factor in to what a fighter's skin does

        one that no one really talks about is constant drying out of skin by cutting weight and dehydrating. For some when they cut a lot of weight their skin loses it's elasticity causing it to be less malleable and prone to opening up.

            yea if you keep your skin hydrated then it wont age fast

                  Id guess getting punched in the face doesnt help your skin, but for some reason most boxers seem to have amazing skin

                      I suppose scar tissue doesn't really "age" the skin.... it just leaves you with a scar....
