Why do people say Mayweather is a boring fighter?

People don't like watching one guy outclass another guy without taking alot of punishment himself.

They want to see a war where too bitches beat each other senseless and end up with slurred speech like Holyfield and ****.

I know not too much people are a fan of a fighter when he's on his bike the whole time, but I can't understand how somebody can't enjoy watching Mayweather in the pocket when he's making opponents miss and countering with straights rights.

It depends which Mayweather turns up, against a tough opponent he's normally boring, i like his stick and move style but not for the full 12 rounds. When he knows he's in full control of the fight he's good to watch, he's definitely entertaining then.

Thats what i mean, he can be very exciting or very defensive(i shouldnt say boring because its nice to watch him box but not for the full 12)

I don't think Mayweather's boring... He's a very skillfull fighter.

I like this marketing thing of his, (where he's trying to make himself the most hated person in boxing), Because now I wanna see him get KTFO!

I think people are bored with him because since his 2nd fight with Castillo way back in 2002' he's fought pretty ****ty opposition.

Well it's because you are in love. When a person is deeply in love with someone they tend to miss all the flaws that that person has. You have to put away the naked Floyd posters and try watching him without his own prefight hype. Don't watch all the workouts and highlights they show. Instead just listen to his ranting before a fight and then watch it. He makes me sick sometimes the way he talks and then never backs up what he says. Yea he out-boxed Baldimor but who really believed he could'nt. He was probably paying his followers to act like they were Baldimor fans. Just to hype Baldimor up and to make it look like people really thought he could win. Of course he can out-box Baldimor so did Gatti when he tryed to. I could out-box Baldimor.

floyd always puts on a good show..broken hand or not. unlike oscar who only had two good exciting fights in shane I and vargas

Pretty much you are saying that all those fighters have way more heart. I agree totally Floyds got no heart. The only chance he's ever had to prove his heart was against Castillo and he blew it. Heart is so important in boxing. Without heart we would've missed out on some of the greatest fights of all time.
