If Hatton wants to fight america's best in is own back yard then so be it, its his right as champ. At least he is willing to fight the best fighters out there and not just beat up on fighters the world has never heard of.

Any fighter knows going into a fight with Hatton that there will be mugging, grappling, and it will be a very physical fight. If you as a fighter can not beat him when he uses those tactics, dont ***** about it, just do not fight him. I dont want to see a ref strip Hatton of his fighting style, I want the next champ to beat him like a man. Make Hatton stop mugging and wrestling, dont look for a favoriable ref.

See in america, when you fight here, we arent a small country, and from coast to coast, city to city, huge grudges are held, think about PBF fighting Gatti, PBF i think is from philly, so him going to atlantic city, that aint his turf, they gonna be all over his ass.

Im from oakland, if i go fight in new york, they are gonna boo me like crazy, because thats a world away on the east coast.

So basically, America is such a huge country with so many different atmospheres, and we have so many fighters to cheer for, unlike England, we dont need to hype up every champion we have, for every one who loved RJJ, there were many more that hated him. America isnt the UK, we churn out champions on a daily basis, whereas the UK gets a few credible ones ONCE in a while. I respect Hatton, but ill respect him more if he fights here.

Where should Tszyu have fought, Australia?? Its a champions right to fight anywhere he wants so when did America come into it??

Tszyu's clever and knew where the money was, if Floyd's as smart as he says he is going to be in the UK fighting Hatton, fighting for £'s and not $'s, ticket prices are twice as expensive in the UK and the fight would also sell twice as many tickets.

Calzaghe's been the king as supper middle for year but he knew that Germany's ticket prices are more expensive and that they could sell more tickets for the Veit fight there, so he went there, its all about money!!

Its about time your protcected fighters leave their backyard anyway, if Hatton fights Corrales he'd have to KO him out cold or he'd get a home town 30 second count like he did against Castillo OR a DLH style decision like when Sturm was robbed OR When the Tyson ref took points away from Williams for nothing then didnt start the KD count until after 10 seconds of Tyson being down!! The list does on and that **** doesnt happen in the UK.

I just don't see the big problem with Hatton making his defenses at home. Especially the big ones. I'm not saying he should be like Dariusz Michalczewski--hiding out his whole career, but he deserves the right to have some performances at home.

Corruption in boxing is everywhere, but some places its gonna be more than others, but when you fight in your hometown all the time, thats like Man U playing every game in Old Trafford if they won the Champions League. This place is the boxing center of the world, you dont have to accept it, but its true. The media coverage is extensive on nearly every fighter. Fighting and winning in a place like MSG or Atlantic City is far more prestigous than MEN arena. People know this is the place to be to make money and to gain respect. When your respected here, thats millions of new fans. It would be ****** not to fight here. Either ******, or just *****.
