i dunno if any of you have watched the movie batman begins, but the english actor that plays batman, christian bale,
went from like 120 from his previous movie, to 220 for batman. i think his normal weight was like 180? not sure, but it's pretty crazy how much you can manipulate your weight with a good program.

Bales welsh by the way not english, he got pretty ripped in american psycho too although i'm not sure what he weighed for that. I can remember an interview with him saying he had never trained so hard or ate so well before, when your that loaded and everything going into your body is so controlled size wise time wise etc its not that surprising really, just think of eating like a true slob for say 3 months everything fatty and stacked in sugar etc you'd put loads of weight on, eat perfect and train like a demon for the same time and its no surprise that his body grows like **** and gets ripped really.
Onto the 140lbers, PBF i think he looks very healthy at 140 a natural weight for him, gatti has to kill himself to make weight and i think thats wrong for a variety of reasons but thats another thread, hatton could probably do with going up too and with him blowing up so much inbetween fights its going to really tell over the next few years and wear him out if he keeps doing it

....I'm starting to agree with you. Man I would love to see him bully and bust up Mayweather. If he did that he would become one of my favs. Notice how Mayweather wants no part of fighting him in England. Can't say I blame him though. Still shows he aint got half the balls of Zoo.

it sounded to me like he does not want to fight in the u.s the reason i say this is because even though he said that he would fight anywhere he kept falling back on the excuse about why fight here in the states in front of 20,000 when he could fight in england in an outside stadium and sell 60,000 seats ... i think he knows that he won't be able to use the same tactics he uses overthere here ..he needs to fight in the states to solidify himself as TRUE champ ....
