It's more of Mayweather looking softer than I expected than anything. I'm not saying Gatti looks excellent (though the fact that both pictures of him are in worse lighting and from a further distance shows a bias by the photographer) but he looks firmer than Floyd. Look at those photos carefully and you'll see what I'm saying. Mayweather looks a little soft and I was expecting him to come in shredded.

This is what he looked like for Jesus Chavez. He looks a lot better in this photo.

Mayweather's physique has suffered going up to super lightweight. He doesn't seem to be putting on muscle and filling out like he should. He should be just as ripped for Gatti as he was for Chavez but he instead he almost has love handles. Where are the rock hard obliques? Because of the above picture I know that Mayweather has the genetics to be in better shape. I think he's been taking Gatti lightly. Sure he looked great in that training video but that was for the media. No one is sure how the average day of training went, or how late he was staying up each night.

I am changing my prediction. I think even this post prime Gatti has a puncher's chance. Mayweather is going to learn a harsh lesson in humility and in taking his opponents seriously, even if he does manage to win on skill and talent. This will not be an easy fight.

When Roy Jones moved up to heavyweight he looked just as ripped at 190 or whatever he weighed as he did at 175. Moving up in weight is no excuse to be soft, especially at the lighter weights where you are only moving up a few pounds anyway.

If Vivian Harris weighed in at 142lbs... Surely that means he didn't make the weight?

              He's 2lbs over...

                Anyone have the weigh-in?

From what I can see on HBO's website, Mayweather is a bit soft for this one. However, photographs can sometimes make a fighter appear flabbier than they are. Does anyone have a clip of the weigh in? It would be appreciated.
