If the fight doesn't happen, then it would be ridiculous to have that on the cover. "What should've happened but never did." is not a good way to market boxing. Yeah Tyson-Ali was the last cover, but that fight was two different eras. Pacquiao-Mayweather should've happened.

But for real I dont think Mayweather will be in the game, so maybe Pacquiao in the center With like P.WIll,Cotto on one side and then Sugar Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns on the other?
