Please can somebody tell me how the testing is random given the 14 day solutions.
Because from where im standing it gives Manny Paquiao a period of time where he knows he can take PED's.
Which makes OST completely useless anyway because the main reason OST is effective, is because the athlete doesn't know when testing will occur .
I think some people aren't intelligent enough to grasp the concept.
Btw i support the no testing solution ( i think floyd would win regardless).
But for arguments sake it should be full testing or nothing.
