Actually a side effect of prolonged anabolic steroids abuse is acid reflux
EPO doesn't cause acid reflux though, and anabolic steroids would not help a boxer in conditioning/power or taking punches.

Acid Reflux usually just causes heartburn but there are natural or legal supplements that can cause acid reflux like Green Tea, Creatine and acetyl l carnitine.

So *****'s jumping to conclusions because Manny has some bad heartburn should just stop.
