Floyd has not officially declined the offer , off course it will go back and forward but I will be extremely shocked if this fight does not happen , I think he will accept 14 days if thats what it takes but I have a feeling with the numbers and both guys having fought in the mean time makes for a new negotiation on the money ,,, at the end of the day this fight will be made they are both edging closer to a deal .
