You should be lucky if someone is compromising with your baseless demands. What do you think?
But what you're missing the point on Singleton is that there is a long history of precedent that state commission have very minimal influence on promotions the magnitude of a Mayweather-Pacquaio. Pac has dictated what some would call unreasonable terms in the past himself. Roach said the de la Hoya fight wouldn't happen above 147. De la Hoya hadn't made that weight in nearly a decade. According to most state commissions and sanctioning bodies, the defending champion is entitled to recieve 75% of the purse. Pac recieved the lion's share of the purse as a challenger against Hatton and Cotto. And Pac also dictated that Cotto would have to come down to a 145 catchweight to defend his welterweight belt. No commission in the world would require that. So the arguement that the commission dictates the terms of these mega events is kinda a lame stance, IMO.

USDA says when the last day of testing to be. Not the ones getting tested. What's the point of the tests then

Someone on the opposite end of the debate would say Pac's refusal to submit to strict, random testing is proof that he's hiding something. Once again, both opinions have valid arguements that are irrelevant. What is relevant si that Mayweather has said from day one, "comply with the USASA testing, we can make an event." The only flip-flopping has come from the Pacquaio camp. Its been one excuse after another as to why he can't comply with the testing. One could also say that Pac's lack of consistant reasoning behind not wanting to be tested makes him suspect. In the end, clean people don't care when, how, or how many times they're tested. Someone could come to me now and say we need a hair sample from your sack. Would I like it? Hell no. Would I comply? Hell yeah because I don't use illegal drugs.

-making demands and refusing it is all part of negotiations. what is surprising is OST which is a precedent and only demanded only starting this fight. and it is the blocking part! WTH why come up with this BS when it was not demanded ever before. each has his own ego not giving in to the demands as they are both p4p kings as they say. pac has bended now, why not make the fight?

Question for Pac fans: The first negotiations broke down cause both parties couldn't decide on a cut off date, Pac wanted 24 days Mayweather wanted 14 days. When the OSDT was first introduced Pac and Pac fans alike were so called "outraged" that team Mayweather wanted the tests, and all Pac's fans were saying the tests were ****** and that Mayweather should just take the 24 day window that Pac's team suggested. So Pac's fans were against the 14 day window. Now all of a sudden, since Pac said it's ok, the 14 day window is golden? I remember coming on these threads and Pac's fans were yelling to anyone that would listen that the 14 day window was ridiculous. Then, when the negotiations were halted team Mayweather stated that since Pac's team had burned that bridge that if negotiations were to start up again that there would be no cut off. He also said it again after the Mosley fight. So, how is it that now all of a sudden Pac's fans have selective hearing as if Mayweather never said it when this site even had articles on it? If you can, please answer the questions and don't try to avoid them like people on this site are so accustomed to doing. For the record, I think the 14 day window is cool, I just wanted to ask these questions because it seems as if people want to believe what they want aside from what actually happened.

But, let's say you go out and commit capitol murder (Mayweather request for USADA testing.) Well immediaetly after you're captured and charged, you're gonna have a meeting with the DA and detective. The DA offers you a plea agreement that would take the death penalty off the table, and you would serve life in prison with no parole (Mayweather's 14 day compromise.) The catch is, when the meeting concludes, that offer will never again be on the table (Money clearly stated that the 14 days was a one time deal.) You say, I'll plead to manslaughter and I'm out in 15 years (Pac's 24 day proposal.) No agreement is made, and you walk (which Pac did.) Six months later you go to trial, and its becoming very evident that you're about to be convicted, and sentenced to death. You and you're legal aid call for a meeting with the DA and say you'll take life with no parole (14 day cutoff.) If the DA tells you to go to hell, and deal with the verdict of the jury (full USADA testing), is he changing the bar or sticking to what you told you was gonna happen six months ago?
