Well, most of the people (boxing experts) think that Floyd will beat Pac (maybe 85% as we say) but the problem is that Floyd does not believes that thus demanding USADA as what I think is part of his mind game that eventually killed the negotiation.

Floyd still has all the reasons not to fight.

He does not need to fight Pac because he already EASILY beat JMM who gave Pac a hard time with their 2 fights and He already had beaten Shane whom Roach said is too much for Pac. Therefore Floyd has nothing to prove anymore as he already has proven that he is the best (P4P king).

Floyd already have enough MONEY to spend with his JMM and Shane fights as of now so he does not need to fight Pac for the money and just can retire again and enjoy life with his family (well that is his life and nobody can tell him what to do).

If Pac really wants to fight him, Pac should agree with no cut off date as per his latest stand on the USADA testing and have to agree with 65/35 split as he is the bigger draw/ ppv cash cow...

So, what can you do?
