I respect Khan being a 23-1 than 24-0

Coming back from a big knockout loss and then few fights later becoming world champion .... few more fights later fighting in madison square gardens is what we all wish to do and khans in a position many young fighters will love to be in

enough respect for amir khan and he deserves it.. he said he will come back after being knocked out against prescott and he did

Dont hate - he will fight maidana and probably even stop him.
nice 1....people forget how hes comeback and went through all the criticism etc and is now a world champ and intends on fighting the hard hitting Maidana..

What I like the most is the fact that he gets BETTER after every camp, not many fighters show that. So it's exciting to watch him again to see what he has improved on.

Khan doesn't need to fight prescott again, if he fights and beats maidana it should be enough

Prescott isnt in that position to fight Khan, i don't care if he knocked him out in 50seconds. what has he done since.. come on be for real

He' young (23), he's come back and improves with every fight under the tutelege of Roach.

Sure he will lose some matches if he gets caught a few times, but that probably makes watching him all the more exciting.

Yeah, I got to respect how he bounced back too, true hustlers do that. Prescott had his ass about to have a seizure though, it was a nasty KO. He needs to fight a big puncher or somebody with pop to shut them up, until them, they'll always be weary of giving him props.

Great thread. Only true champions can come back after a devastating loss like that. Everybody wrote him off. Almost every boxing pundit in the UK said that Amir will never come back and become a world champion. Look at him now, better than ever.

I never gave up on him and I knew this day will come when people will finally give Amir the props he deserves.

Khan is very very close to becoming a true champion. The only obstacle he has to overcome is maidana and then he is a real champion.
