Pacquiao has been asked over and over "Do you want to fight Floyd Mayweather?" and each time he says "Talk to my promoter". They didnt ask his promoter they asked him so its clear he doesnt really want the fight. That's what I think anyway and we all know he doesnt want to take a drug test.
