The article seems fake to me. On top of there being at least 1 misspelled word in the article, it makes no sense for SR. to come out and make a public statement declaring that his son will never fight Pacquiao while Mayweather's team is trying to negotiate a fight with Pacquiao. If this was all made up by some diehard Pacquiao fan, then wow.
