PEDs ain't permanent in your body, bro. Who in their right mind would continue to dope up knowing full well he's gonna get tested. That's why this whole OST is bull****, because it's a fight per fight basis, and it's general knowledge by the PEDexperts(such as USADA) that most athletes do their dirty deed during their off-season !

I agree with you boxers should be tested all year around if they have an active license.

Floyd has only used OSDT in his fight with Mosley and he doesn't know when he's going to be tested. USADA is probably going to test him a lot closer to fight night in his next fight.

USADA messed up the first time because the few days before the fight, they SHOULD have been tested no matter what
