regardless of how tough u think that guy is..

    hes a short mother****er..esp for a cruiser..

once he gets around 20 wins hes gonna be fighting proper CWs and he'll prolly move up to HW..and looking at his body i can tell off the top hes a swarmer/slugger..

it's only a matter of time before he faces an open-paw style opponent that is trained to catch punches and fight at a range, (like the great george foreman.)then its gonna be over for gunn . tall rangy fighters with open paw styles totally ****ing obliterate any kind of short slugger/swarmers,believe dat

bobby gunn broke glen johnsons rib with 1 body punch he knocked out former wbc welterweight champion marlin starling in a sparring session when he was 17."His only blemish on his 11-1-1 record came on a technical decision when Bobby broke his right arm in the 2 nd round in a fight early in his career. The referee stopped the fight because his arm was twisted around and ruled that he could not continue even though he had his opponent knocked down on the canvas."

He knows what hes talking about and Slipx its hard for you to say anything because you have never seen him fight and the last guy he fought was Evander Holyfields sparring partner who really weighed in at 215 ( I was at weight in) and ask Dogtown he saw the fight, the guy was tall and had reach. Bobby destroyed him easily and to say that all of that stuff will happen isnt true, he has sparred with many great champions before and is one of the most skilled fighters for his weight in boxing today. He is well known around the boxing world just not to the public because of non tv fights.

It's like it's gone and it's LHW and then HW. Is there any action going on there at all?
If I aren't wrong Holyfield was there no? Now that he's gone does anything happen there?
I seldome see a good cruiser wt. fight anymore..the last one was O'Neil Bell vs. Dale Brown and that was a robbery! It used to be one of my fav. divisions, but it's just not hopping enough anymore. Hopefully JMM will get back in the ring soon and show us some action!!

An plus from watching you box Slipx, I wouldnt even comment on any other people. Basically what you come down to in boxing, its a former jock trying to be a tough guy. Otherwise known as a joke

              You know whats funny?

Back in the day, todays cruiserweights were heavyweights...

Rocky Marciano and Joe Louis would be considered Cruiserweights if they fought today.

Also the only reason he is 14-1-1 and had a layoff is because he had to leave the coutnry to fight Bareknuckle in Ireland, England and Canada to make money for his family because of sick members of it. He is back now and looking for the title. He has a top prospect during his first part of his career

Are you talking about Winky Wright? Wright had his chances, he was just too young for JC Vasquez, and faded down the stretch in his fights with Vargas and Simon. If it's ANYONES fault for Winky not getting shots at anything its his own. Why would anyone want to take a fight with a guy (pre-mosely) that to date had only beaten Bronco McKart?
