SHOWTIME $20 Vazquez/Marquez Rebate

I already have Showtime, does that mean I cannot take advantage of this rebate?? Also, is there a rebate form? I have looked at their website and could not find anything. If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated thanks.

If you already have SHO, you will not be able to do the rebate. Rebates like those are ran all the time but they are only open to new subscribers.
