I don't think so. Lyakhovich is very bloody, and Quinn is feeling the effects of all the left hooks. Someone is going to be stopped soon.

Difficult fight to score. Lyakhovich has a pizza face, but he appears to be landing more clean punches to the body and head of Quinn.

Quinn hurt, referee saves him with a standing 8 count. He recovers enough to survive the 7th round.
