The problem is what guarantee does USADA give that they will not favor one fighter then the other? They didn't prove anything with the test molsey and floyd took, if a fighter took a calculated gamble and had used peds 2days before the fight. Both would be considered clean yet a fighter cheated. Where then is the clean play or leveling the playing field? They have yet to make a scientific study if blood drawn 1 or 2 days before a fight would greatly affect a fighters performance also. This is a boxing a heavy contact sport not running,cycling or even swimming which just out speed their opponents.
