The only reason that he has supposedly agreed to 14 days is because he knows that Mayweather revoked the offer months ago. This way he can fool the idiotic public into thinking that it's all Mayweather's fault. If you want proof that the public is idiotic or simpleminded, then just look at all the people who refuse to question why Pacquiao refused the offer in the 1st place.
What made Manny Pacquiao change his mind?

Floyd's skill in footwork hasn't decreased. That's just the way he fought Shane. Pac won't see Floyd's punches coming, which will make them effective.here is my theory:
1. the money involve is so huge
2. pac wants to give the people/the boxing world what they want to see
3. pac knows he can win this fight for this reason:
a. floyd can end like hatton in 2nd round
b. floyd, as roach said, has decreased his skill in foot work based on his fight with shane
c. pac can take floyds punch (or he just had power like malignaggi's) as seen that he cant KO an exhausted mosley, who can hardly get back in his stool in the 6th round
4. after all this *****s-*******s war, pbf and pacs team had already agreed to fight prior the march 13th event, wherein both camps were just hyping the fight.Comment

naah Manny will fight atleast 2 more years. He still has that elusive 8th title as well as a record 4th fighter of the year and other awards that will add to his legacy. Why come all the way to the water, only to turn around and not drink from it (sorry for the poor analogy...lol).Comment

First Pacquiao shouldn't accept anything, now people want Mayweather to offer 14 days again or else he's ducking Pacquiao.
News flash, none of you Pacquiao die hards wanted him to accept any tests. Why the change of heart?
It's the principle and the purpose of these tests. They're supposed to be random for a reason, to deter fighters from trying to cheat. Now that Mayweather has the leverage he can offer whatever he wants, which most likely won't be a cut off. If he does then you guys have your wish.
18 days without testing was USADA's decision, not Mayweather or Mosley's. They had no way of knowing that there was an 18 day lull, IF that's even true from what Arum said, and everyone knows how senile he is now a days.
In the 24/7 episodes they clearly show the fighters going through testing. They even said the fighters went through tests that weren't show during the show.
Right now negotiations should be kept quiet until they reach an agreement between both fighters, that way things go smoothly but Arum seems to have another agenda by opening his big mouth.Comment
